Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our bartending services for your event. We strive to provide exceptional service and make your event a memorable experience. Please review our refund policy carefully:

 

1. Initial Deposit

- All bookings require an initial deposit to secure the date and staff for your event.

- This deposit is non-refundable. It ensures that we allocate the necessary resources and personnel to your event.

 

2. Cancellations

- If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible.

- If cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks prior to the event date, you will only be responsible for the non-refundable deposit.

- If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the event date:

- The full staffing fee will be charged.

- All products already purchased, specifically for your event will be charged in full.

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate changes when possible. However, due to the nature of our services and the need to prepare in advance, we must enforce this policy to cover our costs and commitments.
